Established in 2001 Essential Sewing Services has built an exceptional reputation for clothing alterations, curtain making and much much more by offering a wide range of sewing products and services (click here to view)

Originally opened in 31a Gloucester Rd we very quickly expanded the product ranges to meet the demands of our customers and within 18 months had relocated next door to larger premises where we continue to grow.

We pride ourselves on customer care and satisfaction. We are always happy to advise when requested. Our group of staff includes 4 seamstress `s, a hand knitter, curtain makers, sewing machine repair engineer and a dedicated knowledgeable retail team.
